The problem was essentially that the content was there, however it was not organized or displayed in a manner that made it efficient to use. Therefore, the brand suffered overall - their SEO wasn't as strong as it could be due to design, frustrated viewers would frequently "bounce" off of the website, and users who wished to contact Remuda Ranch for more information often found it difficult to do so. The website was also not mobile-friendly, which is crucial to any business.
