MEET MERRILL: JWT INSIDE partnered with Merrill Lynch to develop meetmerrill.com; an experiential, multimedia portal that connects with Millennials and answers the question “Why work at Merrill Lynch?” The site immerses students into the culture, people and programs at Merrill Lynch, while lifting the candidate experience beyond the traditional Campus Careers site. It provides a ‘green’ alternative to brochures and offers engaging, on-demand content in a personalized way. The visual design and site functionality bring content to the forefront, creating a mosaic of video, podcasts, images and PDFs from Merrill Lynch’s extensive library. Adding to the interactive environment is the site’s search- based navigation; including a search bar, tag cloud and ‘quick filter’ buttons related to common candidate questions; helping students create a customized experience. Students may further enhance their experience by bookmarking content for future visits. The site encourages social networking by allowing students to share content virally through Facebook, Digg and other social media sites. Students and also rate and receive RSS feeds when new content is added. The Web site stays fresh thanks to a content management system (CMS) that supports content upload and administration by Merrill Lynch. While the site was only recently launched, early response has been very positive. The site is unique in the campus recruiting space, and generating buzz both internally and externally. www.jwtinside.com STORIES FROM THE INSIDE , OUT. Visit www.meetmerrill.com
