Travelling to India to meet artisans well versed inweaving intricate materials into incredible floor designs,we would sit in their living room and we would talk. Wewould connect and share our values as well as ourproposals.

We were in it together. No middleman. No strategies. Nomanoeuvres. Just heartfelt conversation, appreciation oftheir artistry and the offer of a platform.

Whether we meet artisans through face to faceconnection, or we talk with artists using technologiesthat promise a better future, this is how we like to dobusiness. We get to know our creators, and we want topass on what we know about them to you.

We hope you enjoy getting to know them as much as wedid.

Firstly, allow us to introduce Harpreet Kaur. Harpreet is the creatorof our stunning Bonpinda Range dresses & the most amazing thingis... Harpreet never originally intended to become a designer! In fact, she never received any formal training in fashion or design. Yetthrough her determination, resilience and innate talent, Harpreethas built her boutique into a thriving business to support her twobeautiful boys. We couldn't admire her more.

Meanwhile, the Bonpinda basics range is created in collaborationwith the Jain family and our work through Bonpinda Uniforms. Withtheir help, we are able to create wonderful organic cotton tees fromsurplus fabric that would otherwise be destined for landfill. It'sthrough their support that we are able to continue championingsustainably minded fashion that has history and heart.
