Keith HeardSenior Programme Manager

Chartered Civil Engineer Responsible for leading teams of Framework and Programme managers to create and run eleven Construction Frameworks in the South and London over the last 12 years, with a combined project delivery of over £4bn.

Alex Neall Framework Manager

Alex has 20 years experience in the construction industry and is a Chartered Construction Manager. He also provides framework management for the local and Regional construction frameworks.

Mark Thomas Lead Modular Framework Manager

Mark has run, or has worked as part of the management team, on all nine of the local and regional frameworks in the South and London over the last 12 years. Full time lead for the SMBF.
