understand underexplored issues surrounding social media use by Australian
franchise systems.
This research:
Investigates how franchise systems are utilising social media as part
of their broader marketing strategies,
Wants to uncover any issues surrounding their use; particularly with

What my students say
“she was really kind and explained well when I have trouble in studying”
“She made the tutorials really interesting and engaged the students to participate in several group discussions. She was also very helpful with any question I had throughout the semester. This is a great teacher who is friendly and know exactly what she is taking about. So don't ever get rid of her! She is amazing :) “
“I really liked the way she used examples to reiterate the main points. The way she helped students during and out of tutorial times. She actually cared about teaching. I found she was extremely helpful and went out of her way”
