Walter Gilman — Manic Mathematician Math major Walter Gilman has been taking an unusual interest in the old witch-house. Sometimes familiar things can be the most dangerous.

Edward Derby — Aspiring PoetPoet Edward Derby only has eyes for Asenath Waite. He’ll be reading selections from Azathoth and Other Horrors at the coffeehouse this Thursday.

ARKHAM SANITARIUMFollowing the strange case of Charles Dexter Ward, Dr. Marius Willett has taken charge of a sanitarium financed by the late Ward’s family. He’s gathered an unusual collection of patients, along with his trusty cat.

Dr. Willett — Meddling MedicHe’s responsible for all of the patients in the Charles Dexter Ward.

Cassilda & Camilla — Carcosan Girls Gone WildThe King in Yellow has left the building… but he left his groupies behind.

Henry Akeley — Whisperer in DarknessHe’s, well, a sentient fungus masquerading as a human being. But he’s really a fun guy when you get to know him.

Tigger-Man — Faithful FelineThis determined mouser is deeply concerned about the rats in the walls.

Randolph Carter — Dreamland BelieverOne of the hep cats of Ulthar, who raves about fantastic lands and terrible monsters that only exist in his dreams.

INNSMOUTHThough not all related by blood, the members of this family are united by their shared home of Innsmouth.

Barnabas Marsh — Town ElderTown patriarch Barnabas Marsh vehemently denies rumors that the town’s residents have mingled their blood with foul fish-frogs. It’s not easy turning green, after all.

Pth’thya-I’yi — Marsh MatriarchBarnabas’ grandmother has come up from Y’ha-nthlei to visit her great-grandchildren. She’s incensed by the squamous accusations against them.

Joe Sargent — Bus DriverThe disturbing Joe Sargent drives the only bus that goes to the coastal town of Innsmouth. You might want to take the next one.

Zadok Allen — Doddering DrunkardWhen he’s had a few drinks, he’s the biggest teller of tentacular tales. “‘Twas a shoggoth who drove me to drink. I never had the courtesy to thank it.”

Anna Tilton — Curious CuratorShe’s heard strange stories about Innsmouth, and thinks there’s something fishy about the town.

THE WHATELEYSOne of the old families of Dunwich, the Whateleys are much decayed, given to wandering through thunderstorms and trying to read great odorous books. They’re creepy and they’re kooky, mysterious and related to Yog-Sothoth. Old Whateley — Weird WizardOld Whateley wants the best for his family, which is why he arranged a match between his daughter Lavinia and the extradimensional entity known as Yog-Sothoth. He dun’t keer what folks think.

Lavinia Whateley — Mommy DearestLavinny’s read some, an’ has seed some things the most o’ ye only tell abaout. So back off, nerd.

Rutherford Whateley — White Sheep of the FamilyOne of the rare “undecayed” Whateleys, Rutherford is a grave disappointment to the family. He just earned his MBA from Harvard, and is having some trouble settling in at his great-uncle’s house.

Wilbur Whateley — Heir Apparent He was only fifteen when he went to college … to steal books.

Junior — Bouncing Baby … ThingWilbur’s younger brother inherited more of their father’s rugged good looks. While Wilbur can usually pass as human, little Junior has more trouble, and spends most of his time in the woodshed eating cows.
