Meet the Teacher Hello! My name is Karissa Roberg. I live in Holdrege with my husband Brett, my
daughter Kinley and our two labs, Max and Allie. I enjoy spending time with my family
at the lake and outside. I also enjoy watching movies. This will be my 4th year
teaching preschool at Loomis and I look forward to getting to know each of the
students!
I grew up in Holdrege with my parents and two brothers. I knew from a
young age that I wanted to work with children and eventually decided to pursue
teaching.
About me
Education I graduated from the University of
Nebraska at Kearney in May 2014 with
my degrees in Early Childhood Unified
(Birth-3rd grade), Elementary Education
(K- 6th grade) and Mild/Moderate Special
Education (Prek- 3rd). Shortly after
becoming the preschool teacher at
Loomis, I pursued my masters in Early
Childhood receiving my diploma July 2016.
I look forward to taking further classes
that interest me and help me better
support my students.
