Donna Heavener joined CAR in 2009 as our Chief Executive Officer in charge of the association’s day to day operations. Donna has a strong background in accounting and association management.

Carol Moson, CAR President 2011 Carol has been a REALTOR® long enough to see several down cycles turn around. While we are all experiencing many changes in the way we do business, Carol is confident that 2011 will show signs of an improving market.

Carol is “Extremely proud and humbled by the opportunity to be CAR President and takes the role very seriously. We will work as a team to put positive changes in place that will make our Association relevant and important to our members.”

Courtney has been licensed since 2002 and has been named RisMedia Realtor on the Rise. Courtney received her MBA from Kennesaw State University and lives in East Cobb. Courtney brings a fresh approach to our Association.

Angela has been licensed in 1994 and has held positions as CAR- VP of Governmental Relations 2009 – 2010, CAR - Board of Directors 2009 – 2011 and CAR - President Elect for 2012.Angela is a recipient of the prestigious CAR - 2005 Phoenix Award and a recipient of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame & Lifetime Achievement award. Angela and her husband work as partners and specialize in REO & HUD Acquired Home Sales / Buyer Brokerage. They are proud parents of (Paschal) who is a Junior at UGA.Angela Barner

Steve has been a Licensed Realtor since 1985 and received his Brokers license in 2002. In addition he is currently the Assistant Manager of Prudential Georgia Realty in West Cobb. Steve is also a Certified Career Development Specialist and a Certified Skilled Negotiator so who could be better for Professional Development.

Debbie has a solid history of success with over 20 years of experience. Debbie graduated from Brenau College in Gainesville, GA. She has a proven track record of success which includes starting her own company, All Atlanta Realty, in 1999. Debbie has been ranked Among America's Top 1% in Home Sales Since 1984. She is a true leader and a proud representation our industry.

Rosan has been a REALTOR® SINCE 1991 and has made a strong commitment to our profession. Rosan has earned her CRS, GRI, ABR, SRS, PMN, LTG and is both politically and socially involved in the community. Rosan has served as Federal Political to Congressman Tom Price and is involved in many organizations in Cobb County in various leadership roles.

Shelia resides in Powder Springs and is married with two grown sons. Sheila has lived in West Cobb for 18 years and is an Associate Broker, CRS and GRI. She is also a member of the Powder Springs Planning & Zoning Board. Shelia loves tennis!

Arlene was born in Antigua, West Indies on raised in the Virgin Islands. She moved to the US Mainland in 1982 to attend college in Lincoln, Nebraska and married in 1991 in Kansas City, Missouri. Arlene moved to Atlanta in 1997 and has lived in Powder Springs for 12 years. She is proud of her three children (all girls) and one granddaughter.

Mary Helyn Hagan has amazing knowledge and experience in new construction and residential sales. Mary Helyn serves with our association as the current President of the Cobb chapter of Women’s Council of REALTORS®

Patty is an Associate Broker and has an extensive background in real estate from implementing business practices for subdivisions and for brokerages. Patty has overseen as many as 24 subdivisions and made a tremendous positive impact on the brokerage she represented. Patty has served on many state and local committees and understands many aspects of our business.

Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club Phyliss is a Full Time Realtor who has an extensive background working with relocation and foreclosure networks in buying and marketing properties. This is a great asset to our team

Deborah Tatum Gilmore, ABR, GREEN, GRI, PMN, SRES, is a director and is the immediate Past President of the National Womens Council of REALTORS® as well as a Past President of the Cobb Association of REALTORS®. Deborah’s accomplishments are numerous.

Susan Cruz is a director and co-chair of the Education Committee for our Association. Susan is also assistant Team Leader at one of the Keller Williams offices so she too brings great leadership skills.

Ceci is one of our Past Presidents and is currently a Team Leader at a Keller Williams office. Previously Ceci was a managing broker at another large company so she brings a very fresh perspective and has a practical approach to problem solving.

Dana holds her SFR Certification and has already held several leadership positions. From 2007-2008 Dana chaired the Cobb Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals and in 2009 she was President of the Cobb Women's Council of REALTORS®. In 2010 Dana served as the Chair of the Cobb Association of REALTORS® Leadership Development Program.
