In this step, aluminiumbought from scrap dealers. The scrap isbought at Rs. 80 per kg

The scrap of aluminium ismelted so that it can be given any shape wewant. It also removes the impurities. The

leftover from other processes is also meltedalong with the scrap.

The Melted aluminiumis converted into pure aluminium plates.

The aluminium plates formed arereheated in a furnace. The fireman ensuresproper temperature control in furnace.

These aluminium plates arerolled in HOT ROLLING MACHINE and later inCOLD ROLLING MACHINE to providealuminium sheets in a preferred gauge. Oneselected worker keeps a continuous watch toensure rolling within laid down tolerances.

The sheets drawn out of theRolling Machines can be of long length sothese sheets are cut into half using THE

CUTTING MACHINE.

After this process, the sheetsare cut into Aluminium Circle using CIRCLE

CUTTING MACHINE.

The aluminium circles are then putin the spinning machines. These circles and

spinned at a high speed and den moulded inthe shape of a rig bowl or bucket or whateverproduct is required. The product is laterwashed properly and dried.

After that the product is sent tothe CHALAI section to remove the upperlayer of the aluminium utensil to give shine inthe utensil. It can also be possible to not gothrough this process as required by thecustomer.

The quality assured products arepacked in gunny bags. They are stored in thewarehouse and are dispatched to the

customers shops on demand. The companyhave their own set of 5 trucks for this as thedistance to be covered is usually very large.

recorded. This amount was 75% exemptedand only 25% of the amount was taxable.Service Tax to be paid was 12%. So annuallyaround Rs. 4,000 was paid for service tax.
