  • What is to be uploaded Recent Passport Size photograph ST Certificate ( Not Mandatory) Income Certificate ( Not Mandatory) An income declaration : (a) by the self-employed parents/guardians, stating definite income from all sources by way of an affidavit on non - judicial stamp paper of Rs 10/-. (b) by employed parents/guardians are required to obtained income certificate from their employer and for additional income from other sources, they would furnished declaration by way of an affidavit on non judicial stamp paper of Rs 10/-. Note : Annual income of parents for Scheduled Tribe/Scheduled Caste students should not exceed Rs 2.50 Lakhs p.a.

  • How to reduce the size of scanned documents Four factors that affect the size of scanned images: Scanning Resolution A scan at 600 dpi results in a much larger file than at 300 dpi. Color Space Color and grayscale files result in much larger files than black and white files. Physical dimensions of the scanned page A legal-size scan will be larger than a letter-size scan, with all other factors being equal. Compression Raw scan data can be compressed to make it smaller.

  • Suggestions to reduce file size of scanned documents When you are scanning your document, you should be able to set a few options to make you file smaller. Here are a few suggestions that you can try. Make sure you are scanning to a PDF. Set the color to either gray scale or black and white. Black and white will always produce files smaller in size.. set the DPI to a minimum of 200. Note, increasing you DPI can greatly increase your file size, so do not increase to too much larger than 200.
