IntroductionMehtab Bagh is a beautiful moon light gardens, this char-bagh complex is just situated in the north to the Taj Mahal opposite to the River Yamuna. The visitors are allowed in the garden from sunrise to sunset. The garden is square in shape of 980 feet * 980 feet.
HistoryThere were eleven gardens, which were built by the Great Mughals Empires opposite to the Taj Mahal along the River Yamuna and the Mehtab Bagh was the last one to be constructed. The Mehtab garden was made by the Great Mughal Emperor Babur and afterwards it was owned by the Raja Man Singh Kacchawa of Amber.
