Description

PP Online is a website that will make it easier for you to obtain a Booking Fee (BF). This manual will be your step-to-step guide on how the website works and explain the other features that this website has to offer our Deal Closers.

Deal Closer Users

In the website, a user with the title of Deal closer has the privilege to act as an agent for the customer who becomes a client for the agent. A Deal Closer is allowed to have many clients listed in his database stored on the PP Online server.

REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

In the image below, there are two sets of options for two different types of registrations. The Deal Closer only needs to use ‘Register Deal Closer’. 1. Click ‘Register Deal Closer’.

You will be directed to the registration form.

2. Fill in all the required fields, then click ‘Submit’.

After you have successfully completed the registration process, an activation email will be sent.

3. Check your email for the activation email

4. Click ‘Activate My Account’ to activate your account.

This will redirect you back to the PP Online website to enter your new password.

5. Enter all the required fields to setup your new password, then click Activate.

6. Once completed, click ‘CLICK HERE TO LOGIN’ to return to the default login page.

LOGIN

To login, input your member code as a username and password, then click Sign in.

After the login, you will be directed to the homepage of the website.

FORGOT PASSWORD

If you forgot your password, you can recover it by following this process. 1. Click ‘Forgot Password?’

2. Enter your member code or email, then click ‘Send’.

3. Check your email for an email containing the password.

4. Memorized or write down the password, then click ‘Sign Me in’.

CHANGING YOUR PROFILE

1. Click the ‘My Profile’ feature on the left tab to alter or change your previously registered profile.

2. Ensure all information are in order, then click ‘Save’.

The following message will appear once the update is successful.

CHANGING PASSWORD

To change your current password 1. Click the ‘Change Password’ feature on the left tab.

2. Enter your old and new password, so it can be changed, then click ‘Save’.

This message will appear after you have successfully changed your password.

HOW TO REGISTER CUSTOMER

The Customer Registration option is an exclusive feature for deal closers and back office users. This option is shown within the transaction tab. 1. Click the ‘Customer Registration’.

This method will be demonstrated using the following images.

2. Complete all the required information regarding the customer, then click ‘Search’.

Based on the customer information you have provided, the search engine will check if the customer has an existing Customer Code. If the customer has an existing Customer Code, his Customer Code will be shown.

If the customer has not registered as the Deal Closer’s customer, the Deal Closer will has an option to register the customer. Please make sure that the customer information shown matched (such as name, birth place, birth date, etc).

3. Click the ‘Customer Registration’ button.

This section is to register a customer as one of your clients. If you cannot find your customer in the search result, you can register your customer by clicking ‘Customer Registration’ button. The image below shows an alternative form of registration.

a. Click the customer registration button as seen on the image above to open the new customer

page. You just need to provide several required information regarding the customer.

For customers of foreign origins, please change the ID Type to “KITAS”, so the fields after it will automatically adjust:

For corporate customers, please change the ID Type to “Tanda Daftar Perusahaan”, so the fields after it will automatically adjust:

b. Fill in the mandatory requirements, then click ‘Save & Close’.

Once the process has been completed, a message will appear showing that the registration has been completed successfully.

CUSTOMER LIST

The Customer List option is an exclusive feature for Deal closer and Back Office users. This option is shown within the transaction tab. 1. Click the ‘Customer List’.

The customer list, as it implies, is a search engine to find a specific customer. The image below displays the search engine view.

2. Fill in all the search parameters regarding the customer, then click ‘Search’.

The image below shows the result from the search engine. You can now purchase a Booking Fee (BF)

on behalf of the chosen customer by clicking on ‘Buy BF’ button.

BF ORDER

The following step will guide you through the process of obtaining a Booking Fee (BF) for your client. 1. Click on ‘BF Order’ menu.

2. Fill in all of the search parameters to search for the desired customer/client, then click ‘Search’.

If the customer’s ID cannot be found, please register the customer first.

3. Select the customer to proceed to purchasing a BF.

4. Click the ‘Buy BF’ button.

5. Fill in all the required fields, then click ‘Place Order’.

There are three required fields that you have to fill in. Two fields require you to select your preferred unit type and payment term while the other field requires you to fill in your desired Booking Fee (BF) quantity. Click the ‘Place Order’ button to proceed to the next step of the process.

6. Click ‘Yes’ to proceed or click ‘No’ to edit the order again.

This message will appear after you have completed the order.

7. Choose payment method.

The image below shows the various methods of payments that you can choose from. The available payment methods are debit payment, credit card payment, and bank transfer. Once completed, tick the “I have read and agreed to the terms and condition”, then click ‘Pay Now’.

After you have submitted your order, you will be directed to the payment processing page. There are no examples of the payment processing page in this manual.

8. Input all the necessary field requirements on the payment processing page.

9. After the payment is completed, this message will then appear:

a. Click the ‘Print PP’ button to review your order.

b. Or click ‘PP Order History’ to look at your previously purchased Priority Pass (PP).

*Please see ‘PP Order History Function’ for detail.

10. A confirmation letter of your Booking Fee (BF) purchase will be sent to your registered email.

This letter includes a detailed summary of your purchases.

11. The image below shows that there is an attachment on the letter. You may download the attachment

and review the Priority Pass (PP) that you have acquired.

12. Please review all the fields to ensure that the information provided is correct. The image below shows

the Booking Fee (BF). The Booking Fee (BF) will show you information regarding what order you will

be in during the Grand Preview. Please be especially aware of your Booking Fee (BF)number.

13. When you are done, print the Booking Fee (BF).

BF ORDER HISTORY FUNCTIONS

The following image demonstrates how to access your BF Order History. To access the recorded past

purchases you can click the transaction option found at the left bar.

1. Click the ‘Transaction’ tab to see ‘BF Order History’.

2. The BF Order History will show your past Booking Fee purchases. The website provides a search engine

to narrow down the list according to the desired keyword.

CREATE PAYMENT

If there is any ‘Outstanding’ order status, it means you have incomplete payment. You can click ‘Create Payment’ if you want to pay your order.

PRINT BF

There is also another option provided which is the Booking Fee (BF) printout. If you select this option, it will display your Booking Fee (BF) for the unit that you have purchased.

RE-ORDER

To re-order, click ‘Re-Order’ option provided in the table.

You will be directed to step 3 of the ordering process, where you will be able to change the order.
