• No claim will be entered into if not noted on consignment note upon delivery.• The carrier will accept no liability for damage to the underside of lowered/modified vehicles.• The carrier will not enter into any claim for mechanical derangement.• The carrier will not accept any responsibility for damage to the underside or concealed areas of the vehicle.• For vehicles in “poor condition” the carrier takes no responsibility for loss or damage.• The carrier accepts no responsibility for any contents and/or accessories not being factory fitted components.• A non-drivable/damaged vehicle is not covered by our insurance.• All damages are to be reported to our office within 24 hours of delivery.• All repairs must be undertaken within 45 days of accepted quote.• An excess of $500 is payable by vehicle owner for each and every claim and irrespective of how damage occurs.• Windscreen damage is not covered on second hand vehicles.• Canvas roofs and tonneau covers are not covered on vehicles over 10 years of age.• Vehicles over 20 years of age are not covered by our insurance.• The carrier holds no responsibility for contents included in log book folder.• The carrier will not enter into any claim for alleged damages of minor chips, scratches or dents inspected less than 1 metre from the vehicle.• The carrier accepts NO responsibility for weather ,storm, hail damage, road works or wildlife strikes whilst in our possession.• The carrier accepts NO responsibility for vehicles unable to be inspected due to vehicle being dirty, waxed, in wet conditions or night time pick up.
