INTRODUCTION
Established in 2018, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Indika Energy by
the merging the two logistic companies; Indika Logistic Support
Services (ILSS) and the Petrosea owned Petrosea Offshore Supply Base
(POSB).
The purpose of this merger was to create a new legal entity with
complementary strengths, greater access to capital, with a wider range
of working assets. Specifically combining the ILSS owned Kariangau
land asset with the operating assets and experience of POSB.
Since its initial setup back in 2003, Interport through its POSB
business has been servicing most of International oil major companies
that operates within the country.
