OCTOBER 4 MILI- TARY BOLT SHOOT TO BE HELD AT BCSC Time to knock the dust off those old military bolt action rifles, you know the ones that shaped history. On Sunday October 4 there will be a Military Bolt shoot at the Berrien County Sportsman's Club. The shoot will start at 8:00 a.m. and last ap- proximately 3 hours. We will fire 52 rounds, with 2 rounds being used for sighting. The cost will be $10 per person, no scope will be used unless your rifle was issued as a sniper rifle. It is very inter- esting to see just what comes out for the shoots, you may see A3-03 Springfield’s, Mosin Nagant's, Mauser's, Enfield's, or M- 1917 rifles. It's fun to see the guns and hear some of the history behind them. A good time will be had by all. So mark the calendar and we will see you there. IN GOD WE TRUST "No people will tamely surrender their Liberties, nor can any be easily sub-dued, when knowledge is diffused and Virtue is preserved. On the Contrary, when People are universally ignorant, and debauched in their Manners, they will sink under their own weight without the Aid of foreign Invaders."

Samuel Adams to James Warren, 1775
