This is with reference to the subject cited above; you are requested to kindly allow the purchase of bag for laptop in order to avoid any external wear and tear of the laptop.

Mr. Jamshaid Tahir has confirmed that there wasn’t any bag purchased for the laptop which is handed over to me. It requires your kind approval with an expense estimate of Rs. 2000/-.
