Three City Council members are calling for an outside investigation into the Saratoga County mental health director based on complaints they have received about his management style and a finding of sexually harassment at a prior job.During a news conference Tuesday, Mayor Joanne Yepsen, Finance Commissioner Michele Madigan and Public Safety Commissioner Chris Mathiesen said they were speaking publicly to call attention to mental health director Michael Prezioso’s leadership. He was appointed county mental health director last fall on a provisional appointment and works out of the mental health center on South Broadway in Saratoga Springs.Many employees have left recently and the workplace is toxic, according to officials.
