DESCRIPTION

We typically use mental models when were starting to brainstorm a design, but why stop there? We can also use them to inform story mapping, content planning, and long-term governance of digital systems over time. This talk presents an alternative (or extension) to the traditional mental model by focusing on different aspects of the digital experience.
