PURPOSEEXAMPLES
Confidence
Choose little commitments that move you towards your main goal, and
make sure you follow through with them.
Celebrate successes.
Seek help and guidance to find solutions for pressing challenges you
face.
Hard Work
Choose a high value activity that will move you towards your goal, and
commit to a specific amount of daily focus on that activity.
Read bio’s of people you admire and notice the amount of work they
put into developing their skills and triggering their results.
Give 100% during that activity.
Action
Commit to one action step per week outside your comfort zone. Ideally
this is something that moves you towards your big one month goal.
Prioritize recovery time so you refuel your energy tank.
We must track our progress. Have someone to hold you accountable.
Motivation
Why is this goal so important to you?
Visualize your life after having completed this goal.
Who else benefits from you from completing this goal?
Perspective
Take full responsibility for your results.
Eliminate excuses and self justifications.
Ask people for feedback.
Inner Calmness
Practice staying calm during mundane daily activities, like being stuck
in traffic, or held up in a queue.
Train yourself to relax and calm down throughout your day.
Start meditating 10-20 minutes a day.
Optimism
Think of 3 things you feel grateful about?
Think about how a setback actually helped you achieve something
important to you.
List 5 little wins of the last week?
Non-attachment
Be obsessed about your main goal and speak about it on a regular basis.
Cultivate a "learners mindset" and focus on building real character
traits regardless of specific outcomes.
At the same time, be detached of any specific outcome.
Self-talk
Speak positively to yourself.
Stop yourself when speaking negatively to yourself.
Use positive affirmations.
