99 % of the participants consider Mentoring as a meaningful instrument for the integration of migrants into the labour market
91 % of the interviewed persons think that the specific knowledge of the mentees can facilitate the internationalisation of Austrian economy
40 % of the mentees have already been integrated into the labour market
80 % of the mentors feel that they derive a benefit from the program

internationalisation initiative „go international“ best-practice-data base of the EU in the field of
integration nominated for the Austrian integration award 2010 European Enterprise Awards 2011 -
