A MENTOR IS A LEARNING LEADER WHO FACILITATES THE LEARNING PROCESS FOR A MENTEE:

LEARNING, BEYOND THE DAY TO DAY EXPERIENCE

SCENARIOS), GUIDANCE, MODELING, STIMULATES INDIVIDUAL GROWTH,
