Between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day, Tristan Welch’s

menus at Parker’s Tavern wil l be enriched with some spectacular new feast ing items, from venison and wild mushroom well ington,

to chocolate delice with spiced clementines. Combine Tristan’s great food with warm nights spent with family and fr iends by the

f ire in our wood-panelled l ibrary and long, lazy l ie-ins in bed in your hotel suite.

This wil l be a winter experience ful l of memories, when seasonable

fog wraps the dreaming spires, the pubs are cosy, and the walks along the River Cam are ful l of soul.

highlight: Christmas lunch showcasing Tristan Welch’s fest ive f lair and the f inest local ingredients. After lunch, sett le in for the Queen’s

speech and an evening of f i lms and games.

After a day of revelry, wind down with a leisurely Boxing Day breakfast and t ime spent curled up by the f ire in the wood-panelled l ibrary. Or, talk to our Concierge for t ickets to the pantomime for

the l itt le ones. We can also make recommendations for the best Boxing Day walks around the city and further af ield, in the

Cambridge fens.
