PRIVATE BAR IN A MEETING ROOM OR HOSPITALITY SUITE For a full bar service with our personnel and products, minimum sales of 375.00$ before service and taxes required. Should the minimum not be reached, the missing amount will be added to master account. FOR A PRIVATE COCKTAIL OR HOSPITALITY SUITE Bar set up with beverages supplied by guests (dry bar): Glassware, bar & service accessories, cocktail napkins, ice, garnishes, salt & pepper, etc… $10.00 per person. Room rental fee not included. WINE OR BEVERAGE SERVICE DURING A BANQUET DINNER For service of your own wine and /or alcoholic beverages, the corkage fees are as follows: $30.00 per bottle of wine (750 ml) $60.00 per liquor bottle (26 oz.) $1.00 per beer bottle Subject to current gratuities and taxes Service from a Bartender during dinner (OTHER THAN WINE): $40.00/per staff/hour (three hours minimum)

Temporary permit must be bought from the “Régie des Alccools, des Courses et des Jeux du Québec” for your own liquor distribution. These permits are emitted at the RACJ’s sole discretion and they are the responsibility of the convenor or his sponsor. Temporary permits are to be requested at least 30 days prior to event and must be posted at every Bar in full view of participants. Application forms are available on line: www.racj.gouv.qc.ca Should the convenor not be granted a temporary permit, Le Grand Lodge declines all responsibility in case cancellation.
