Menu Menu I will serve my Latte Art with the environment and Japan as the themes today. I’ m using a blend of Guatemalan and Mexican ” Bird Friendly Coffee” which is good for the environment. Bird Friendly Coffee is organically grown coffee that arose from the environmental protection activity of the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center(USA). The Japanese crane does a special dance jumping and flapping its wings when it is delighted. This beautiful and majestic “sacred crane” of Japan is drawn my imaging it. Bird Friendly Coffee loves the forest. A tree and a heart are combined for this design. The famous Ukiyo-e print from the series “Thirty-Six Views of Mt. Fuji” by the artist Hokusai of Japan is expressed through this latte art. This Ukiyo-e print called “The Great Wave off Kanagawa” is globally famous. At first glance, a strong impression remains. It is said that it had a big influence to Vincent van Gogh and Claude Debussy. These Kiyomizu ceramic ware cups of Kyoto set off this design. Cappuccino Espresso Macchiato Designer beverage
