Tailgate Shop Our biggest merchandise tent, selling all 32 team and game day products will be located in the Green Car Park to the left of Olympic Way.

General Parking A limited number of parking spaces are located at the stadium. Spectators can pre-book parking spaces at www.wembleyofficialparking.com or pay on the day should there be space available.

Accessible Spectator Parking Blue Badge holders have access to parking close to the stadium which is bookable from www.wembleyofficialparking.com

A wheelchair pushing and chaperone service will be supported by guest services, located in the Blue Badge Parking area.

TaxisThere is a taxi rank on Bridge Road which is adjacent to Wembley Park Station.

Ticketmaster & NFL Collections Ticketmaster and NFL ticket collections are located at the West Ticket Office on the north side of the stadium, B1 Mezzanine Level. If you are collecting tickets, please bring the bank card you purchased the tickets with, your order confirmation number as well as valid photo ID.

Club Wembley Collections If you purchased tickets through Club Wembley, ticket collections are located at the East Ticket Office on the north side of the stadium, B1 Mezzanine Level. Alternatively call 0333 321 9999 (if within the UK) or 0044 161 425 7563 (if overseas). Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am-4pm. Calls to 0333 numbers are chargeable at a local rate from both UK landlines and mobile phones. Ticketmaster, Club Wembley and Thomas Cook are the only official online sales agents for these games. If you have purchased through any unofficial channels, you will not be able to collect tickets from the stadium. Any issues with tickets will need to be addressed directly with the ticket seller.

All food and drink kiosks accept card payment. Visa is the preferred payment method at the NFL International Series.

SMOKING

Wembley Stadium is a non-smoking venue. Smoking (including the smoking of electronic and vapor cigarettes) is not permitted anywhere within the stadium.

BABIES IN ARMS

One ticket will be required for each person, regardless of age (including babies in arms). If you have a child under 18 months that you wish to bring to the game, please visit the ticket box office on game day to collect a ticket for your child (free of charge). Please note: Babies will need to sit on their parents lap and will not be allocated a seat.

ALCOHOL SALES POLICY

Alcohol will be sold at authorised concession stands at NFL Tailgate and on the concourses within the stadium. Guests must be 18 years of age or older and in possession of valid government issued ID (or passport for international guests) to purchase, handle or consume alcoholic beverages. Excessive consumption of alcohol is prohibited – maximum of four alcoholic beverages per purchase. Drunk and disorderly conduct or violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from the stadium without refund and the violator(s) may be subject to arrest. Alcohol sales will cease at the end of the 3rd quarter.Stadium Management and the NFL reserve the right to change policies and procedures at any time without notice. Budweiser, Wembley Stadium and the NFL want to remind adult fans (18+) to drink responsibly on game day.
