If you have purchased through any unofficial channels, you will not be able to collect tickets from the stadium. Any issues with tickets will need to be addressed directly with the ticket seller.

Wembley Stadium is a non-smoking venue. Smoking (including the smoking of electronic and vapor cigarettes) is not permitted anywhere within the stadium.
BABIES IN ARMS
One ticket will be required for each person, regardless of age (including babies in arms). If you have a child under 18 months that you wish to bring to the game, please visit the ticket box office on game day to collect a ticket for your child (free of charge). Please note: Babies will need to sit on their parents lap and will not be allocated a seat.
ALCOHOL SALES POLICY
Alcohol will be sold at authorised concession stands at NFL Tailgate and on the concourses within the stadium. Guests must be 18 years of age or older and in possession of valid government issued ID (or passport for international guests) to purchase, handle or consume alcoholic beverages. Excessive consumption of alcohol is prohibited – maximum of four alcoholic beverages per purchase. Drunk and disorderly conduct or violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from the stadium without refund and the violator(s) may be subject to arrest. Alcohol sales will cease at the end of the 3rd quarter.Stadium Management and the NFL reserve the right to change policies and procedures at any time without notice.
