Taloria Y. Prather
From Holiday décor to everyday shopping I strive to make presentations and shopping an enjoyable and
effortless experience. With 7 years retail experience, and 3 years retail management experience, I have combined those skills and
created a fun merchandising environment, where I can not only express my craft but teach others as
well. The fun in shopping is finding exactly what you need with less hassle. By coordinating colors to
catch the eye, and brands suited with like items I always create a “shop”. By differentiating trends,
and separating seasonal pieces, I provide fresh new merchandising ideas while maintaining company standards. The key to merchandising is simply…knowing “what’s in” and “what’s out” I pay close attention to what sells the quickest, re-working
colors and patterns and sometimes even something so simple as rearranging the items. Shopping is an
experience, and being able to shop when the product just makes sense in its location creates an enjoyable shopping experience, and almost always
brings the customer back !
