1. Overview Welcome to the DasGateway Merchant Gateway. Our intuitive and versatile interface makes it
easy to use all the functions, from running reports to processing transaction requests. Just
navigate the tabs on any of the Gateway pages to access the functions you need.
2. DAS Gateway
2.1. Login
To log in to the DAS Gateway Site:
STEP 1 : Open a Web browser and navigate to http://my.dasgateway.com
– The login page opens. Complete the User Name and Password fields.
STEP 2 : Click Log In. The DAS Gateway will be redirected to your Dashboard.

The Menu on your left helps you to navigate through the different sections on our gateway.

Our dashboard helps you to visualize important information at a glance.

3.2. Transaction Menu
3.2.1. Available options
• Realtime Monitoring – Displays all transactions almost immediately after they have been
processed on the gateway.
• Search Facility – Provides the possibility to search and download transactions
• Pending Settle – Shows unsettled/Uncaptured transactions.

3.2.2. RealTime Monitoring
Real time monitoring shows transaction processing in real time. Your screen will be refreshed
every 5 seconds which will allow you to see the latest transactions cardholders completed. To
access this option please click on the “RealTime Monitor” from the available menu.
Below is a sample of transactions being processed in real time
For more detail transactions, please click on the transaction and then click on details.
“DETAILS” button will redirect to the Transaction Details page

3.2.3. Transaction Details
Transaction Details page provides all information pertaining to a particular transaction. Below is
a screenshot of the page.
Available Information:
1. Transaction Info
2. Card Details
3. Customer/Billing Info
4. Shipping Details
5. Transaction Results
6. Transaction History
Available options
1. Void Authorissation – If transaction is in Auth stage
2. Capture a transaction – If transaction is in Auth Stage
3. Refund A transaction – – If transaction is successful captured
These options will vary depending on the last status of the transaction you are viewing.
3.3. Transaction Search & Downloads
This option gives the possibility to query for transactions in a given period of time by using specific
information filters such as; Card Type, Transaction ID, Card Holder, Track ID, Date From, Date To,
Action, Response, Merchant ID, Card Number, Amount and Currency.

3.4. Refunding a transaction
Step 1: Search the transaction:

Step 3: For refund click on the Refund Button.
Step 4: Screen to perform a full or partial refund.

Step 5: View Transaction Status & History
You can use this section to view the previous status of a specific transaction.
3.5. Pending Capture/Settle
Pending settlement gives access to all unsettled/uncaptured transaction (Authorised ONLY).
Kindly note it is recommended to capture/settled Authorized transactions within 7 days as some
acquirers drop the authorized transactions (Auto Void) after 7 days.

Depending on your account settings, this option provides you with all potential fraudulent
transactions based on risk stings configured for your merchant account. Please contact your
account manager in case you require Risk Feature Setup.

4. Settings
4.1. Your API Keys
To make the API as explorable as possible, account have both a test and live API keys. There is no
"switch" for changing between modes, just use the appropriate key to perform a live or test
transaction. Requests made with test mode credentials never hit the banking networks and incur
no cost. Test API Keys are available in the API Keys Section. The merchant should use the secret
keys to integrate with our APIs. Once you get the go ahead from our merchant onboarding team,
the LIVE secret key can be used to charge real credit cards and the amount will be debited from
the customer’s account.
4.2. Profile
The profile section allows to edit your User Name, your Country as well as your password.
4.2.1. Change your password.
Under the Settings menu, click on “Profile”. You will be redirected to a page below where you can
change your password.
