A dance journey to support your capacity to be connected within and centred in an ever changing world. This is a weekend to learn tools and practices to m
eet and engage with life and give what you have to give without losing yourself.
Movem
ent Medicine is an ecstatic dance and conscious m
ovement practice that will reconnect you to the wisdom
of living from the heart
and will deepen your connection to yourself, your creativity and integrity. This dance practice can strengthen our capacity to dance with life, however storm
y the weather.
The specific practices of Movem
ent Medicine will support you to com
e home to the resonance of your own heart and the integrity of your
own circle. Through this embodied conscious dance practice, you can find the holding and freedom
for full hearted expression of whatever em
otions and feelings need to move. This in turn will enhance your capacity to widen the ground available to you so that you
can improve your ability to dance with life, however unpredictable it m
ay be. The maps of this work encourage the ground of kindness
within so you can accept yourself as you are, wherever you are on your journey and whatever your condition. From these roots of
compassion you can turn your heart to the direction of what you call into your life, give all that you’ve got to give and walk your path in
presence.
