I am pleased to write this recommendation on behalf of Merlyn. Merlyn has been an intern for Australian Hearing since mid-September of 2015. As the Senior Marketing Manager of Australian Hearing, I have seen Merlyn work thoughtfully and with intelligence. She has established good relationships with her colleagues, and during her time in this company she has developed strong interpersonal skills.

Merlyn is continuing her undergraduate studies in marketing and events and has been able to integrate her education with all of the projects she has been a part of. She has been involved in recruiting new customers and retaining existing customers, as well as helped out on strategic planning for some of our local hearing centres and conducting internal research and surveys.

Merlyn's talents were always evident in her performance. She is a quick learner and adapts easily. She has logical thinking abilities, and the ability to work well with teams. She consistently completed tasks assigned to her on time and without errors. In short, she was a model member of our marketing team.

Her performance at work proves that she is fully capable of. I am confident that Merlyn will make a positive addition to your organisation, and the opportunity to work in your company will allow her to better develop her career plans and solidify her potential.
