We are happy to say that Kailey is going to be leading, “A Night of Hanukkah” class on Wednesday, December 5. She has been learning about the different religious traditions from her friend's family and is excited to share her experiences with all of you. She will explore the history behind the celebration and also share some delicious Hanukkah cuisine, including the famous Latkes and Matza Bread! “Chag Urim Sameach!” (Happy Festival of Lights) If you would like a catalog/information or would like to teach a class, please call Gina at 815-477-6582. Path to Well-Being For the month of December we would like to honor one of our very own Residents, Richard Cowen for making his appearance in Watermark’s Thrive 2019 Calendar! Every year, Watermark ask each Community to submit Resident’s art work, so they can create a unique yearly calendar. We had three Resident's participate, all equally beautiful, and Richard was one of the lucky ones that was chosen from the 52 Watermark Communities. You can catch Richard working on other cross-stitching pieces out in the lobby some mornings to see all the intricate detail that goes into one piece. These calendars are distributed all over the United States, so everyone will be able to admire the work of Richard and other Resident’s works of art as well. The finished calendar should be arriving soon and we can't wait to see the finish calendar! Congratulations, Mr. April! Thriving

Here at the Fountains, we are happy to celebrate many different
