The company is certified according to: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BH OHSAS 18001, EN3834 and EN1090, with covered area of nearly 33,000m2 and production capacity reaching approximate 1,500 tons/month. Complete production area is covered with totally thirty-two (32) overhead crane bridges with lifting capacity of (5-40) tons.

1 Cutting of plates with gas and plasma machines (pantograph) with dimensions of cutting area of (3,00x13,00)m and maximum thickness of 120mm;

Drilling of profiles on hydraulic automatic multi-axes CNC drilling machine (maximum diameter Ф32mm) or on drilling line with pusher mechanism;

Production of automatically welded profiles up to height of 3,000mm on arc welding machines (Armco and MH55/4);

Drilling of plates on CNC

punching machines, with work- ing area (750x1,515)mm, maxi- mum plate thickness of 28mm and maximum diameter Ф 28mm. Radial drillers with maximum diameter Ф50 are also available;

Welding of steel elements with MAG, MIG and TIG welding procedures;

Anti-corrosive protection with painting (air-less pro- cedure) at painting unit with covered area of 5,400m2.
