Craig is a long-time proponent of structured and measured change. His early career saw him teaching marketing and management at a variety of Universities and PTE's in his native New Zealand, where he quickly climbed the management ladder to head several private sector institutes. Needing to do that little bit extra, Craig formed his own consultancy firm and was engaged by many in the sector as a trouble-shooter - responsible for internal auditing, restructuring and redevelopment of many departments and institutes in order to remain relevant in a highly contested market. This involvement motivated him to branch out and work with other industries - focusing on change and development as a core theme in business survival. When Craig moved to Malaysia, he went back into the Education sector to share his ideas with local private sector educational facilities. In 2009 Craig co-founded Orchan Consulting Asia, an award-winning Public Relations agency. His areas of specialisation are Crisis Management Communications and Change Management.

Farrell's background in through-the-line communication has allowed him to appreciate how brands operate on multiple levels. Having started his career in advertising, Farrell has had stints in brand and event management, before finding his niche in public relations. Known for being forthright, he is a firm believer that brands need to 'walk the talk' in order to make an impact in consumers' minds, which is why he co-founded Orchan Consulting Asia in 2009, in order to help brands achieve that (and more), minus the fluff that is often associated with the industry. A staunch believer in the power of change, Farrell is continuously finding ways to better himself in order to stay relevant, just like the brands he consults for. A workhorse, Farrell has no qualms about rolling up his sleeves and getting 'down and dirty' in order to fully understand his clients' brand's needs, and to ensure that their brands are represented in the best light possible.

Change Management

Metanoia works with clients to effect change at all levels within the organisation. This includes conceptualisation, planning, and activation, as well as communication and buy-in for all stakeholders. Branding Metanoia enables clients to define, refine, and craft strong brand identities and positioning, ensuring client organisations are set up for success. Utilising proprietary brand auditing tools, Metanoia undertakes brand audits to identify where opportunities for further development exist, to highlight areas where current failing may be present, and to determine what steps are needed to take the brand forward to match with stakeholders' expectations. Crisis Management

Metanoia operates proactively to prepare clients for potential crisis situations. We develop Crisis Communications Plans and Crisis Management Plans for clients, and to train core teams to perform in situations of crisis. We work with clients to uncover the truth about a situation, we strategise how to move forward, to determine what to say to the public via the media, and to train spokespersons to represent the company in the public sphere.
