METAPOSTA?

A safe confidential online space,

accessible anytime and from

anywhere, where users can receive,

save and organize private

documents.

It allows paper-free storage in a

single location of documents such as

invoices, deeds, guarantees,

diplomas ... in a simple, easy manner.

Compliance with the Data Protection Act.

The safe is owned by the user and all communications with Metaposta are

encrypted. All treatments comply with the measures provided for high-level data in

the Organic Law on Personal Data Treatment.

PAPER-FREE Avoids dispersal of paper documents stored in filing cabinets and folders.

CONFIGURABLE The mailbox can be configured by the user.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

Possibility of signing documents electronically.

INSURANCE

The documents are kept in two computer systems located in the EJIE Data Processing

Centre (DPC) (Basque Government computer services company) and in the Basque

Government at its headquarters in Lakua (Vitoria-Gasteiz).

METAPOSTA allows electronic reception of documents that, up to now,

have been delivered to traditional mailboxes.MAILBOX

SIMPLY FILING THEM is not enough...

Electronic invoices must be LEGALLY STORED, maintaining the chain of trust of the electronic

document indefinitely.

Electronic signatures allow identification of the signatory and anysubsequent change in the signed data, electronic signatures BUTTHEY ARE EFFECTIVE FOR A LIMITED PERIOD.

� The authenticity of their origin.

� The integrity of their contents.

� Their readability from the date of issue and

throughout the storage period.

Electronic legal custody: METAPOSTA

� Authentic source and destination of invoices.

� It guarantees the document integrity.

� It prevents changes to the document and leaves a trace of accesses.

stamping with CA Izenpe.
