6.0 HANDLING AND STORAGE OF MATERIAL6.1 Loading/unloading of the material shall be done by using either forklift or by hand to avoid any damage to the material.

7.0 TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND PLANT7.1 N/A

8.0 WORK SEQUENCE FLOW8.1 Area to be cleaned and prepared8.2 Area to be lay with DPM is identified as per approved drawing8.3 Measured area to be installed with DPM at site8.4 DPM is cut as per measured area8.5 Overlapped between each sheet is 400mm.8.6 No damage of DPM while laying activity taken place.9.0 QUALITY PLAN9.1 Inspection form shall be submitted to the consultant to witness the inspection by site supervisor9.2 For all non-conformity, the necessary rectification work and re-inspection shall be performed, until the remedial work performed satisfactorily.9.3 QA/QC department shall ensure that materials are in good working conditions and fit for use. Any defects of materials shall be removed.9.4 All materials use for the work must comply to the standard and specification.

10.0 SAFETY PLAN 10.1 All operators to wear full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) with the additional equipment.
