고객편의 보다는 개발편의 편향개발 로드맵“끝까지 처리할 수 있는게 없어!”

넓은 범위의 Big Bang 구현간처리의 복잡도로 인해 단순 조회서비스를 먼저 제공함으로써고객이 원하는 업무처리 완결성부족(고객이 유용성을 느끼지 못함)

고객의 금융정보, 기간계와정보계 시스템 연계 부족으로조회만 하더라도 연계/연동범위가 작기 때문에 유용한 정보제공이 어려움 : 챗봇만 만들것이 아니라 내부시스템의Micro Service Architecture에부합하도록 변경 필요

서비스 오픈이 개선의 시작이기 보다는

끝인 유지보수 전략“오랜만에 들어와도 개선된 기능이없는데?”
