The town boasts a number of Blue Flag beaches and a wide range of quality shops, cafés, restaurants and galleries.

Nearby attractions include the National Maritime Museum Cornwall, the historic Pendennis Castle as well as a popular range of events taking place throughout the year from the Spring Festival to the Autumn Oyster Festival.

Meudon Country House Hotel & Bream CoveThe original Manor House, overlooking the historic gardens, contains the lively hub of the Hotel with Reception, Bream Cove AA Rosette Restaurant, Rosemullion Bar, Bridge Lounge, Tapestry Room and Studio. Scenic al-fresco dining is provided on the landscaped lawns and terraces, popular for afternoon teas amongst the unspoilt flora and wildlife that Meudon is centered around.

Guest accommodation is provided in the purpose built extension, providing modern and spacious bedrooms away from the buzz of the Manor House facilities. All bedrooms have garden or valley views and some have sea glimpses and offer a peaceful and scenic setting for guests.

The mature gardens date back to the 1800s with valley walks down to the Hotel’s private beach at Bream Cove and the South West Coast Path offering opportunities for beach events and ceremonies. The gardens boast a wide array of botanical excellence, sourced from the far reaches of the world.
