    Suggestions for Improvements in the J TT~ :A ~elieves that the FBI needs abetter hand-held radio communication system in Miami, The City of Miami has a much bettersystem that the one the FBI has. The JTTF members also need to have access to the FBI'sIntranet that shows photographs of FBI employees - it is embarrassing to go to meetings and notknow who the people are that you are meeting with. He also thinks the JTTF needs even morerepresentatives from agencies such asthe INS who can r u n name checks and help collectinformation for the JTTF.
