PASTOR’S MESSAGE
THE MERRY HEART
The Bible says that a merry heartis as good as medicine. By being
cheerful and seeing the brightside of life, people get a morepositive outlook which leads
them to success. Many people who see thenegative side of things get
depressed and won’t try to doanything to make it better.
What causes the average personto give up trying and to fall intoa self destructive pattern allowscomedians and entertainers to
make jokes so people can laugh.Even kings had court jesters toraise people’s spirits becausethey could tell things no one
else could talk about.A cheerful outlook, good humorand a hearty laugh can clear the
air like nothing else.
