Project manager for $40 million private air terminal with executive check-in,concierge services, extensive security and 185,000 s. f. of hangar storage for25 corporate jets. The Development manager wrote,”You provided a greatdesign solution for the 7777 project and it is much appreciated by theclient!”. Brochure created by MG2 Marketing for client, Quantem FBO.

Project manager for $40 million private air terminal. Partial plans of 9-acre,185,00 s. f, $40 million private air complex with executive terminal and hangarstorage for local Fortune 500 fleets. The AVP Real Estate for a Fortune 50Flight Operations wrote, Brett's "efforts helped bridge the gap betweenseveral stakeholders" and "his management of the team and resourceswas especially effective and successful in a process that was verybureaucratic." Team leader for a 14-acre, 34,000 s.f., 2-story amusement and entertainmentcenter for children and adults. Inside are restaurants, games, a climbing rockand a state-of-the-art video arcade. Team leader for design and CA services for this exclusive importedcrystal start-up retailer. Venetian stucco was used as a finish through-out the interior. The process known as “Arte Antiqua Stucco Venezia”was finished by the plaster artisans under the guidance of Italianartists. In an interview with the Seattle DailyJournal of Commerce, Brett Hansen explained, ”We’re basicallyturning the mall inside out…and taking an introverted box andturning it into an attraction that gives each store it’s own identity.”The Mall Manager wrote, “Mulvanny Architects is an effectiveteam player.
