All cellular telephone services supply partners offer employee discounts for the employee’s personal cellular service. MHEC members are encouraged to make their employees aware of these programs. If you would like to receive flyers that these vendors have created please contact joanmiller@mhec.net

1. Go to MHEC Web Site: www.mhec.net 2. Select: Search then click on Search the Database 3. At the Contract drop down menu select J04 4. At the Vendors drop down menu select your vendor of Choice; or 5. Click on Results Tabular 6. Price 2 column – click on link to view detailed pricing on services 7. Keyword search: At the top of the page you have the option to type in a keyword

search; example: Internet Services (then click on Results Tabular) vendors providing Internet Services will display

8. To access Vendor Contract Information: Click on the “Vendor” link to display Company Information. We encourage you to contact the “main contact” and they will be more than happy to explain the services.

2. Click on the “I do not have a work email address” link.

3. Complete the Discount Eligibility Form by entering your business location into the fields provided to generate a Register Your Line form.

4. Click “Next” and print the form that appears.

5. Attach a copy of your pay stub/work ID badge to the form and fax it to the number listed at the top of the form. To ensure your request is processed without delay, please complete all required information and make sure information is legible.

6. Your information will be reviewed, and if approved, your discount will appear in 1–2 billing cycles.
