utility of mixed-methods research nationally and internationally.

Language Competence-Statement of Fluency in JapaneseDr. Fetters is fluent in written and spoken Japanese, using Japanese daily in his role as Director of the Japanese Family Health Program. He is an author on multiple papers published in Japanese. In addition, he regularly teaches in Japanese about Family Medicine at medical schools and hospitals throughout Japan.
