1. A wife shot her husband, only wounding him, because he tried to hit her. They have been married forten years. During their marriage, he has repeatedly beaten her and she has called the police numerous tito her house about her husband.

2. A famous politician was stopped on the highway for exceeding the speed limit. It was his third suchoffence in three months.

3. A group of tourists were caught having a party in a Muslim country which observes strict no-alcoholMany of the tourists were drinking. They claim that alcohol is permitted in their own countries and that thare not Muslims and so should be allowed to drink.

4. A man drove his sick girlfriend to hospital even though he had been disqualified from driving. His pho

was out of order and the nearest phone boxes had been vandalized. He got to the hospital but the policecharged him with reckless driving.

5. A young woman was convicted of using a weapon, a small hand gun, after fighting off an attacker latenight in her own home. She did not kill the attacker but he will never walk again.

6. A former employee, unfairly dismissed from his job in a supermarket, took his revenge by setting fire one night and causing extensive damage. Luckily nobody was in the supermarket at the time.

7. A man was accused of murder after he admitted to helping his terminally ill wife commit suicide. She cancer and only had six months to live. She was continually in pain and wanted to end her suffering. Othfamily members knew that that was how she felt but did not realize her husband was going to help her. Tare very upset.

8. A child died after her family refuse to take her to hospital when she was ill. The family are deeply reland do not believe in any form of medical help. They believe that when a person is ill, only God can decon a persons fate not doctors. They have now been charged with murder.
