Responsibilities: In addition to my responsibilities with the Associate Manager role, the Manager now is the primary contact of the Credit Stakeholders and the Business (contacted directly by them and I delegate some of the requests to my direct report). I operate using 4 functions, Relationship Management (strongest function of an SI), Issues Management (to be able to provide resolutions to setbacks and issues), Project Management (to transition process tasks to the Reports Management team using the necessary tools to have a smooth transition) and Advisory (which is the consulting task of my job since we are SMEs in our field). I also handle 1 direct report (Associate Manager). I also identify Process improvements, analyze and suggest sweet spots to a task and implement these improvements.

- Associate Manager, Stakeholder Interface Feb 2013 – May2014

Went on training in ANZ Bank Australia, Melbourne Branch (833 Collins) for 4 weeks to expand stakeholder matrix, build new relationships, create awareness to stakeholders that we are the main conduit between the business and Risk Reporting and market the capabilities of Risk Reporting to the Business under the Corporate and Commercial Banking Business.

Responsibilities: To be the main point of contact between our Credit Stakeholders and the Risk Reporting, respond to Risk Credit Metrics adhoc requests, smoothly transition new processes to the Risk Reporting from the Stakeholders, be the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Corporate and Commercial Banking Business, Sign-off on Regulatory Reports under Impaired Assets and Days Past Due Quarterly, Half Yearly and Full Year, and provide improvements on current processes (efficiency and effectiveness).

- Risk Reporting Analyst (Senior Officer) Feb 2011 – Jan 2013 Went on training in ANZ Bank New Zealand Wellington Branch (May 2011) for 2 weeks for our wave 2 reports in our team (i.e. mostly for the reporting side of Gross Lending Assets, Exposure at Default, and Provisioning);

Responsibilities: Provides reports with concrete analysis and commentaries on month on month movements, forecasts, actuals for Gross Lending Assets, EADs, provisioning, Impaired Assets and other Credit Risk concepts under the New Zealand scope and these are all submitted to the upper management of New Zealand, including heads of businesses, CRO and CFO of New Zealand. To name a few of these reports, they are: Watch & Control Lists, Large Exposure Returns, Asset Quality Reports, Performance Council slides, Delinquencies and Individual and Collective Provisioning.

Deutsche Bank Group (Deutsche Knowledge Services)- Associate March 2007 – Feb 2011 Went on training in Deutsche Bank London (April-July 2008) for a BAC (Business Area Controller) role (see Responsibilities on what the training was about);

Responsibilities: Computes and reviews monthly accruals in SAP, providing commentaries to significant variances in P&L statements, closely coordinates with CFOs in DB London regarding month-on-month actual and plan variances, prepares monthly forecasts and other reporting requirements using Hyperion Essbase, provides monthly reports to CFOs regarding substantiation of costs (accruals). *note – role during March 2007 to March 2008 has a very similar process with the migration process

Accenture Philippines- Senior Quality Inspector / Auditor February 2007 – March 2007Responsibilities: In addition to the responsibilities as a Quality Inspector, being a Senior Auditor also proposes automation requests, give out more job aids if necessary, train new hired employees and newly promoted inspectors / auditors, job shadowing to our Senior Team Lead .

- Quality Inspector / Auditor August 2005 – February 2007Responsibilities: make sure the quality of templates are always 98% or higher, provide teachback(s) to VBAs who are consistently hitting errors, give out job aids to help the production team reduce these errors, train new hired employees to be competent, efficient and effective individuals in preparation for production, propose automation requests to further improve and hasten process of both audit and production.

- Billing Analyst May 2005 – August 2005Responsibilities: allocate cash in suspense, make sure that client’s BBLs come within our turnaround time, analyze backups whether it can be allocated or needs escalation, able to know how each member in BBL is to be coded for filtering whether this is to be given back to the client or has internal / eligibility issues.
