This is a mixed use building, with a Retail Street two-level Podium and arcades, a resi-dential tower and 3 base-ments parking.The elegant arcades will pro-mote social activities with out-door seating extending the interior of restaurants and cafes of the ground floor. This will greatly contribute to the friendly neighborhood atmos-phere intended in the Retail Streets. A lively shopping en-vironment will be brought out by the two commercial floors, in contrast with the more peaceful typical residential floors, whose wavy shape reminds of a slight ripple of breeze. The beckoning of the main entrance canopy enhances the visibility of the main lobby entrance. Every effort was made to re-duce the energy footprint by studying the shell to minimize load demand.

the objective was to design warmer, tactile and more modu-lated architectural in order to create the feeling of home and belonging within the large scale development, the charecter is very residential in nature through the use of building materials, ex-terior details, shaped surfaces and small openings. The main concept is to create a dynamic facade for the residen-tial building by adding random-ly oriented balconies to diversify the views and rhythm of the fa-çade, while also breaking down the scale and proportion of the building.considering the gulf climate bal-conies were covered with com-posite panels with wood exterior finish to create shade and priva-cy to the residential units. The major objective of the pro-ject was to provide occupants with a healthy environment by following the minimum requier-ments of Estidama Rating system (1 pearl cetification).

(Academic, 1992)
Homage to the Rock was my graduation project. It was meant to be a culmination of a pilgrimage voy-age across the Kadisha valley, historical stronghold of the Mountain Lebanese People.
The design was integrated into the natural rock of the Kadisha cliffs and the main ascending circulation hub directs the visitor towards the natural colorful rock that took billions of years to form.Spaces of the Museum include exhibit spaces for history, anthropology, nature, speleology, and arche-ology. it includes a library, an auditorium, public spaces and administrative and research spaces.
The ultra modern unique style integrates smoothly into the cliff. the openings while facing South, are designed to let light in, but never direct sunrays into exhibition spaces throughout the year.The building itself rests on the banal snow drain plateform while giving accent to the richer colorful rocky environment.
The Journey a visitors takes to the Museum starts across the valley through a teleferique that descends into the lush abyss and culminates a the terminus on the bottom of the Museum.

The project is a new shopping and entertainment mall facility to cater 6,000 to 7,000 people on a proposed site of 200m x 200m dimensions at Delma Island, Abu Dhabi.The proposed development includes areas for commercial use such as retail shops, supermarket and restaurants, entertainment areas, cinemas and food court, landscaping, parking, etc…..The Architectural heritage of the United Arab Emirates is considered in the design to make the mall a focal point of the island.The floor area is around (4,500m2) and a budget is (AED 27,000,000.00).

RESULTS SHOW SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT IN CONDUCTION, VENTILATION AND DIRECT SOLAR HEAT GAINS/LOSSES. THE MAXIMUM LOSS WAS REDUCED FROM 2100 WH/m2 TO 1080 WH/m2. GAINS DUE TO CONDUCTION WERE REDUCED FROM A MAXIMUM IN AUGUST OF AROUND 500 WH/m2 TO AROUND 400 WH/m2. GAINS DUE TO INFILTRATION WERE THE MOST SIGNIFICANT. THEY WERE REDUCED BY A FACTOR OF 75%. DIRECT SOLAR GAINS WERE ALMOST COMPLETELY GONE.
