ItisthesolediscretionofSDItorefusetransporttoanypassenger,orrequireanypassengertoleavethetour,ifitisreasonablybelievedthatthepassenger(1)isdangeroustoothersortohimselforherself;(2)hasengagedin,isengagedin,oristhreateningtoengagein,behaviorthatmayadverselyaffectthesafety,security,comfort,enjoyment,orwell­beingofotherpassengersorSDIrepresentatives,including,butnotlimitedto,behaviorthatisdisruptive,verballyabusive,physicallyabusive,obnoxious,harassing,discriminatory,orobscene;or(3)hasfailedorrefused,orisfailingorrefusing,tofollowSDI'srulesandproceduresortheinstructionsofSDIoritsrepresentatives.Intheeventapassengerisremoved,suchpassengermaybeleftatanycitywithoutanyliabilitytoSDIoritsrepresentatives.SDIshallnotberequiredtorefundanyportionofthepricepaidbyanypassengerwhoisremovedunderthetermsofthisparagraph,norshallSDIberesponsibleforexpensesforlodging,medicalcare,meals,transportation,oranyotherexpensesincurredbythepassenger.SDIshallbeentitledtorecoverfromthepassengeranycostsorexpensesincurredbySDIoritsrepresentativesintheremovalofthepassengerortheexerciseorenforcementofthisclause.
