Usage Billing Definitions



The rate applications as shown in the Usage Billing Matrix following aresubject to the following criteria.

• Intra-office call - A call originating from an unbundled line portand terminating to an unbundled line port subscribed to by the sameor different TC is billed the ULS usage rate. The ULS usage rate isshown in 6. Prices following.

• Inter-office local call - A local call originating from an unbundledline port and terminating to the PSN is billed the Resale BusinessLocal Usage Rates as shown in Part 22, Section 3 of this Tariff.

For local calls terminating to the Common Transport-Like Service, seefootnote /1/ on Original Sheet No. 22.

• An inter-office intra~TA toll call originating from an unbundledline port and terminating to the PSN is billed the Resale BusinessBasic Rate for Message Toll Services as shown in Part 22, Section 9of this Tariff.

ISDN - P:iJ.De !'%aDk PortISDN - Prime is a digital telecommunications service that provides CPEPBX and Host Computer access to a wide variety of switched services.These switched services include local voice calling, OUTWATS, 800Service, and Circuit Switched Data. Each ISDN - Prime will allowconnection of many of the above services via a single central officeconnection, allowing CPE PBXs and Host computer devices to connect tocentral office services in bulk quantities, instead of on a line orservice by service basis.

Each ISDN - Prime trunk port provides access via a 1;544 Mbps centraloffice termination.

When subscribingto ULS, a minimum of one ULS Trunk Port is required.
