A. Introduction

This document shows the step by step instructions on how to upgrade your Microsoft Outlook client to Microsoft Outlook 2016.

Please ensure that you have internet access before configuring your account.

B. Uninstall current Microsoft Outlook

1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Program and Features > select Microsoft Office 2010 or 2013 > Click Uninstall.

2. Click Yes

3. Click Yes for the Security Prompt and wait for uninstall progress to complete.

4. Click Close

5. Click Yes to restart your system.

C. Install Microsoft Office 2016

1. Click on Start > Microsoft System Center > Software Center.

2. Click on Microsoft Office 2016.

3. Click Install

4. Wait until the downloading complete 100%.

5. Installation progress will start

6. Wait until the installation progress complete you will Microsoft Office 2016 with Greyed out uninstall button

7. Close the Software Centre and you are able to use Microsoft Outlook 2016
