Clepo ENBR-790 Electroless Nickel Process is a high-speed electroless nickel process specifically formu- lated to deposit a fully bright, uniform electroless nickel containing 7 to 9% phosphoi'us. It contains an advanced stabilizer system, which allows excellent stability and consistent brightness over the long life of the solution. The new Armor VH-900 electroless nickel system is a three-component process, which offers a highly wear- resistant nickel deposit that's useful in a variety of manufacturing applications. The Armor VH-900 deposit is a low-phosphorus, nickel-phosphorus alloy. Hardness varies between about 730 to 840 HVlo o, with a deposi- tion rate of 0.6 to 0.8 mil/hr. Compressively stressed and pit free, the Armor VH-900 may be used as a replace- ment for chrome plating in selected applications.
