1 bulb garlic8 oz./225 g feta cheese, crumbled cup extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp. reduced-fat sour cream1 lemon, squeezed using Lemon Lime Press cup fresh basil, chopped with the Chop N Prep Chefsalt and pepper

Preheat oven to 500F/260C.

Cut off the root end of garlic bulb, exposing the cloves. Wrap the entire bulb in aluminum foil

and bake 30 minutes; cool completely. Squeeze out the cloves of garlic and place in the base
