Gov. Education and Training Lana McFarlane, about this course that I took, she requested me to share those ideas at this TLI. Credits: All the neurological studies cited as well as the ideas I had extrapolated to apply them to our Toastmasters Clubs ecosystem are based on the inspiration and lessons I had learned in this course. If interested, please check it out at Coursera (https://www.coursera.org/course/lead-ei)https://www.coursera.org/course/lead-ei Long before I took the course (see right), I always used to read these books extensively. My ideas and notions were influenced to a major extent by these three reference books that I read and practice regularly. Daniel Goleman and Prof. Richard Boyatzis are leading experts in the arena of Emotional Intelligence. Credits 31
